O:P BUT – We do keep a strict contract policy: after agreeing to purchase a digital product and the test item (which will be duplicated on the the eg. 5 T-Shirt order – the design will be printed “exactly” as you have seen on the sample.) Once you approve this – you cannot cancel your order. We have bad experiences with customers “changing their minds”, the prints were perfect, they may have spent money elsewhere, whatever the case may be. We do this now to protect both you and our team here at Pixel Calyx. .Way to end the mood eh?

We can correct images, create logos, re-design past logos, create billboard art work, custom-marketing plans ie. brochures, flyers, and of course- the bread and butter, we can print your design onto a sweater/t-shirt, we are not big fans of mugs (we do not hold a readily available supply) – but we can make you a sample and you can decide if you are happy with it – just means a longer waiting time – up to you. If you do not like the design – you do not pay for anything besides a minimal design charge.
